ASA MACHINE TOOLS, the manufacturing division of M/s. ASACO PRIVATE LIMITED, an ISO 9001-2000 certified, reputed and professionally managed Company equipped with Hi-tech machines require the following professionals for their Machinery Division & Modern Precision Machining (CNC) shop.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS- DESIGN (2 positions):
B.Tech/M.Tech 10 years experienced candidates having sound exposure to design activities with an ability to trouble-shoot design related problems from manufacturing till assembly and commissioning level of
industrial machineries.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS-PRODUCTION (3 positions):
DME/B.Tech 3-5 years experienced candidates having good exposure to machine tools manufacturing and different types of industrial machineries. Must be fluent in English / Hindi / Telugu.
Candidate must be ready to work in shifts.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS-COMMISSIONING/SERVICE (3 positions):
DME/ B.Tech minimum 5 years experienced candidate having good exposure to Erection and commissioning of machine tools and different types of industrial machineries.

ELECTRICAL&ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS- SERVICE (3 positions):
3-5 years experienced candidate DEE/B.Tech with sound knowledge of PLC's and SCADA Systems having good exposure to Installation and Commissioning of different types of industrial machineries.
Experience in Cable/Steel Industries will be given due weightage. Must be fluent in English / Hindi / Telugu. Candidate must be ready to work in shifts.

SALES ENGINEERS (3 positions):
Graduate Mechanical Engineers with a clear awareness of commercial matters , having minimum
5 years of experience in the sales of sophisticated machine tools and different types of Industrial machinery. Must be fluent in English / Hindi / Telugu.

ELECTRO MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (2 positions):
Graduate in Electronics with an exposure to heavy industrial machineries and hands on experience in CNC systems & related softwares for applications on metal forming machines and machine tools. Exposure to HMI and SCADA is an added advantage.

PRODUCTION PLANNING ENGINEERS (3 positions):
The candidate should be Diploma holder in Mechanical / Production Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in the field of Production Planning & Control / Methods engineering & costing, preferably with an exposure to CAD/CAM softwares such as Autocad, Unigraphics, Solid works, etc… in any reputed precision components manufacturing industry.

CNC MACHINE OPERATORS (10 positions):
The candidate should be DME / ITI with minimum 2 years experience in operating sophisticated CNC machines (Lathes, Turn mill centres, Machining-g centres etc.). The candidate should possess the capacity to read complex engineering drawings. Must be ready to work in shifts.

QC INSPECTORS (8 positions):
The candidate should be Diploma holder / ITI in Mechanical / Industrial/ Tool Engineering with 2-3 years
experience in the inspection of precision components. Experience in operating high-end metrology equipments like CMM, roundness & roughness tester, profile projector etc… will be an added advantage. Must be ready to work in shifts.

QA/QC CERTIFIED ENGINEERS (2 positions):
The candidate should be DME/ B.Tech having minimum 5 years experience in various fields
such as NDT, Surface treatments, Heat Treatments etc…preferably related to aerospace components/ systems Exposure to ISO procedures is an added advantage.

FITTERS (6 positions):
The candidate should be ITI / DME with 4-5 years of experience. Must be ready to work in shifts.

ELECTRICIANS (4 positions) :
The candidates should be Diploma / ITI holder in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience. Must be ready to work in shifts.

ACCOUNTANTS (2 positions):
The candidate should be Graduate in Commerce with 3-5 years experience in Account / Taxation matters with exposure to Company Law.

OFFICER- ADMIN (1 position):
The candidate should be Graduate/ Diploma holder, having short term commission service, 5-6 years in Defence with an exposure to management, assisting Senior Managers/ Directors in day-to-day activities/programs. Commerce graduates with 3-5 years experience and exposure to HR related functions & matters with Company Law can also apply. The candidate must be fluent in English / Hindi / Telugu.

PURCHASE OFFICER (1 position):
The candidate should be Graduate (Technical Background) with sound purchasing and commercial
experience in machine tools manufacturing. Must be fluent in English / Hindi / Telugu.

CAD OPERATOR (4 positions):
The candidate should be Diploma / ITI holder in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience in design / modeling of mechanical components / assemblies using Autocad & Unigraphics.

TRAINEES:
Fresh candidates with Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Electrical) may also apply.

Remuneration will not be a constraint for suitable candidates.
