- Several CNC Machines (3 axis,4 axis and 5 axis Vertical matchining Centres,7axis Turnmill Centre) etc.
- Sophisicated Electron Beam welding equipment.
- State-of-the-art Quality Assurance Centre,comprising co-ordinate measuring
machines(CMM),surface and roundness testing equipment,profile projector etc.
- Anodizing plant.
- 5 Clean room(class 100,000 with class 1000 laminar folw chambers within).
- AMT has an assembly shop with an area of over 5000 sqm.
Intricate machining of complicated components is one of AMT's proven specialities.Based
on years of experience in manufacturing,AMT has acquired expertise and production technology for manufacture of waorld class industrial equipment/assemblies and 'intricate'/'complex'
CNC machined components and sub assemblies.ASACO metal processing (AMP),a sister company of ASACO specializes in hot isostatic pressing
(H1Pping) of process critical automobile aluminium and steel components. |
